How it works: Streams the Open Food Facts CSV (~9GB) directly, filters to US products with images, and inserts into your Product database in batches.

Resuming: Each run returns a "next skip rows" value — use it to pick up where you left off without re-scanning rows.

Tip: Run 2,000–5,000 rows at a time to avoid timeouts. A full US-filtered import may take many runs.
